INVESTIGATING

We are investigating an outage with both PX and Classic portals. PRM is degraded as well. We have identified an issue with our main database vendor, and have a support ticket open with them.

RESOLVED

We have resolved the database issue, Classic and PX portals are coming back online. PRM Admin fully functional.
