All systems are fully operational now. The instability was caused by database issues related to a bug with the daylight savings time change on Sunday.

We are aware of performance issues in the PRM application. This is due to degraded performance across Microsoft Azure resources globally, affecting Impartner applications. Updates to PRM will be posted at the Impartner status page, status.impartner.com.

[Monitoring] Degraded Performance

Microsoft is currently working to revert changes caused by a faulty DNS configuration, which has led to widespread service disruptions. We are monitoring the situation and will notify users when the PRM system is back up and fully operational.

We have bypassed the services within Azure that were negatively affecting the PRM Admin application. Users should be able to work in PRM Admin now, but there may be some slower performance or minor functionality issues for the next few hours as Microsoft solves the issue. We will update as soon as full functionality is restored.

PRM Admin is at full functionality and performance. This was due to a widespread incident affecting multiple Microsoft resources worldwide. Some of the performance issues we experienced as a result were unavoidable. Thank you for patience.
